"What I like about photographs is that they capture a moment that's gone forever, impossible to reproduce." ~Karl Lagerfield

I am from Tyrone, Ga. and am a sophomore journalism major at Baylor University.

I have not always enjoyed photography.  My dad is what you might call a free-lance photographer.  He enjoys taking pictures and as children (and even now) my sister and I were the subjects of his pictures.  When I received my first camera, I immediately took to taking pictures of everything.

Since then, I've gained more skills in manual photography.  Photography is a crucial part of our lives.  It allows us to freeze a moment in time and document events and our lives.  Discovering that new angle is a goal of mine.  Learning that new technique is an ideal of mine.

I love to help document our lives.  It is something that I will continue to learn and improve.
